Chelsey Webb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of the Incarnate Word.
Ms. Webb attended a Montessori Primary and Lower Elementary herself and knew from an early age that she wanted to be a lifetime Montessorian. She began working at a Montessori school while she was in high school and attained her Primary Diploma at the Montessori Institute of North Texas. She has worked at several AMI Montessori schools around Texas.
Ms. Webb was born and raised in Houston, has recently moved to the Village Salado and is excited to be part of our community!

Alissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Agnes Scott College. She has a wide variety of professional experience, including coordinating an Olympics Training Center in Atlanta, serving the greater Austin community in the role of Community Involvement Coordinator for Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and playing cello for a nationally-touring indie-pop band. These skills combined have given her an intimate understanding of community development, management of educational programs, and fostering creativity.
Alissa and her husband, Jake McClure, moved to Salado in March 2016. Jake has worked in Salado for 18 years with his father and business partner, Jeffrey McClure, at The Personal Wealth Coach. Jake currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Salado Montessori.
Alissa and Jake planned to send their daughter, Iona, to a Montessori in Austin. Upon moving to the village after Iona’s first birthday, they found that the closest Montessori would require a long commute. Rather than leave Salado each day, they decided to establish a non-profit school. The excitement and immediate commitment of other parents has given the McClures an even deeper respect for the job of founding Salado Montessori. Alissa’s initial goal of creating an excellent school for her daughter has grown into a commitment to improve her community. The McClures look forward to making a positive impact in the community they call home.

Claudia is a born and raised Texan, growing up in Comanche, and now settled with her husband of 15 years and 4 children in Harker Heights. She has always loved caring and teaching children from all walks of life.
Her child development career started ultimately in caring for her brother, Ponchito, who had cerebral palsy. After he graduated, Comanche High School offered Claudia a job as a teacher’s aid in the services for disabled students classroom. After 3 years there, Claudia decided to take a job at the Headstart program in DeLeon, Texas where she began her career in early childhood education.
